If your Backup Smart is not working as it should, and is losing tasks, or not remembering tasks between reboots, you most likely have some corruption in the Adobe AIR store that saves the task information.
You will need to Let's clean out the Adobe AIR store for Backup Smart and start again. (This will remove any of your existing tasks)Stop Backup Smart.Remove this directory and files under it.On XPC:\Documents and Settings\yourusername\Application Data\Adobe\AIR\ELS\com.backup-smart.BackupSmartOn Vista / Windows 7C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\AIR\ELS\com.backup-smart.BackupSmartOn MAC OSX /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/AIR/ELS/com.backup-smart.BackupSmartOn Linux ~/.appdata/Adobe/AIR/ELS/com.backup-smart.BackupSmartGo here and reset your serial http://backup-smart.com/serialThen restart Backup Smart.Just enter in new tasks for the domain(s) that are causing problems and make sure they work correctly firstIf that has fixed your issue and then add back in other domains manually or reload your task list, or use the CSV import feature.You can download the CSV template file from the download page which you will have been emailed the link to when you purchased or signed up for the trial.
